Cylinder batching batching machine
The structure of the upper part is the raw material storage hopper, and the heightening plate is provided for increasing the storage capacity, and the lower part is the measuring bucket: an integral measuring bucket can be arranged under each batching door, so that the materials are sequentially matched into the same measuring bucket (cumulative metering). A separate metering bucket (each material) can also be placed under each batching door, and the finished metering material is sent to the next step by the bottom belt conveyor.
The cylinder batching type utilizes the material gravity to flow down the floor, so the batching speed is fast, suitable for medium and large mixing stations, and the concrete mixing station (floor) above HZS50 is used.
For large batching machines such as PL3200 or higher, a separate metering method should be used to shorten the batching time.
Because the main function of the batching machine is to quantitatively and accurately distribute a variety of materials, as long as it is a granular or blocky material such as: sand, coal, grain raw materials, slag, ceramsite, etc., it can be delivered (but the weight of each material is delivered every time).
